MANAGEMENT

Board of Directors

Amir Azahar, has more than 15 year�s operations, sales and marketing experience in the IT industry in Malaysia and around the Asian region. His area of specialization is in networking, data communications and telecommunications.
Until recently, Amir was running his own business providing preventive maintenance for gas pipeline. Prior to that, Amir was the Managing Director for ASEAN, Middle East and India at Haliplex Communication Systems. Formed in 1999 in Melbourne, Haliplex Communication Systems is a leading manufacturer of next generation edge access and multiplexing solutions for service provider, private fiber and fixed wireless networks. At Haliplex, Amir is responsible for the overall Sales, Marketing and Business Operation Management for the territories he covered.
Amir holds a Master of Science from the Central Michigan University, U.S.A. and a Bachelor of Science, from University of Wisconsin, U.S.A. both in Computer Science.

KC Tan, has 18 years of experience in a combination of corporate banking, stocks research and venture capital. He is presently one of the partner/shareholder of DTA Ventures Management Sdn. Bhd., a venture capital firm investing primarily in the Information Communication Technology industry. His previous employment includes Corporate Bank Manager - Aseambankers (the investment banking arm of Maybank), Investment Analyst - GK Goh (Singapore stockbrokers), and Investment Manager - Citicorp Capital (Citigroup VC arm in Malaysia).

Narayanan Manoj, is the founder and Chief Technology Officer of Polarizone Technologies, a secure wireless technology company based in Kuala Lumpur. A microwave and radar engineer by training, Manoj has more than 18 years of experience in designing wireless systems and components. Prior to setting up Polarizone, Manoj has been working with Nottingham University in Malaysia.

• Capacity enhancement by frequency re-use
• MIMO systems and STCs (Space Time Codes)
• Smart Antenna for evolving wireless standards

Our shareholders include Malaysian Venture Capital Management Bhd (MAVCAP ), (www.mavcap.com) a VC fund incorporated by Government of Malaysia.

Another major investor is MAVCAP ICT which co manages the MAVCAP fund.

We are the recipient of Multimedia Grant Scheme (MGS) grant for WiMAX sector product development. We are also the recipient of a special grant by AFRL (Air Force Research Laboratory), USA through AOARD (Asian Office of Aerospace R&D), Tokyo, Japan. This grant is for development of a Space Time Code offering higher anti jamming performance.
